The role

You will build Cohort’s growth engine from first principles. Working directly with the founders, you will define the category, reach early adopters, and turn customer insight into sharper positioning and a better product.

You will

• Own the path from awareness through activation and retention.
• Run focused experiments across content, community, partnerships, and product-led growth.
• Talk with developers and founders, sharpen our story, and measure what earns adoption.

Founding Engineer

Build the product and technical foundation for teams of people and AI agents.

The role

You will work directly with the founders across Cohort’s web, desktop, cloud, and agent infrastructure. You will turn difficult coordination problems into simple, reliable product experiences.

You will

• Own features from product thinking through production.
• Build across TypeScript, React, Next.js, Convex, Tauri, and agent integrations.
• Shape our architecture, engineering culture, and future technical team.

You might be a fit if

• You have built and shipped ambitious products end to end.
• You are strong in TypeScript and comfortable across the stack.
• You care deeply about craft, security, reliability, and direct customer feedback.
